yeah salsa.. add it to eggs and throw them in a tortilla and you are all set.. very fast.
i usually have oatmeal with sliced apples sprinkle with cinnomen, 2 egg whites, one whole egg cooked with green onions and add some chutney or /fish w/veggies.... yes for breakfast.
i try to eat "some" protein at every meal-snack.. i find i have energy to get through tough days that way.
and am trying to switch from coffee to white tea.. not easy.

What do you mean by white tea?

When I was living in Kazakhstan, "white tea" (byeli chai) was slang for vodka. (I probably couldn't keep the bike upright if I had white tea for breakfast! )

hi White tea..is one of the rarer forms of tea.. like green tea it has antioxidents... but 5 times the amount..maybe more..research is still going on. it is a light delicate tasting tea that is brewed in a barely warm temp..180f...you don't need much of the leaves... the good stuff tastes almost like it has honey in it..
there are all grades of it but white tea is picked early in the spring and the leaves have these little white hairs on them.. therefore the name white tea.. silver needle is one of the best.

just bought some more...yummmmmm and some jasmin tea balls.. now those are strange looking but the tea is yummy.

Steve, lol, one thing about me, wabbit food is not my main diet.

ALl this talk of cinnamon toast and the like has convinced me to get those cinnamon flavored waffles.

One thing I used to love, but haven't had in a while, was a cinnamon bun or danish shmeared with peanut butter. It's a great taste combination, but those buns are just so sticky and gooey and loaded with sugar. However, toasted raisin bread with peanut butter. Everyone says EWWW but I love it, so thbbbt!

Usually a big spanky bowl of muesli or a similar breakfast cereal with plenty of dried fruit and such. Heck, what do I mean usually? I have this every day.

I usually have a bagel with peanut butter and once every two weeks I'll have an omlette with salsa and whole grain pancakes.
