Great all body workout
Earlier I tried this exercise called planks. Maybe most of you know this. Yikes, i did 5, 30 second sessions, of them and its pretty tough.
Lie down in a prone position on stomach. Next keep your arms on the ground, from elbow to wrist, and keep your hands flat on the ground also. Then only use your toes as support for the back, and lift up your upper/lower body/legs at the same time and hold it when your back is straight for 30 secs. Youll see its not so easy at first

It's darn tough isn't it? Have you done them in all positions, and then one leg and one arm off the ground?
