Undocumented Polar HRM functions

I've got Polar S210 and I keep stumbling over what seems to be undocumented functionality. So far, they've been good things, like the audio computer interface.

Anybody who has one of the S models knows that there are 5 buttons, and their functionality is overloaded 16 ways to Sunday.
Most recently, I wanted to skip to the end of a recovery and begin the next interval (Metallica had come on the radio...what could I do?). The correct button command is to press and hold the OK button. Instead I pressed stop, then press and hold OK. Which took me past the interval phase to the cooldown phase. Seeing my mistake, I exited the entire workout sequence, and started another, using the correct button sequence to skip through warm-up and previously completed intervals in time to take advantage of the last minute of two of Metallica.

So, this morning, I'm reviewing the workout data to log it, expecting to have complete data only for the second set of intervals. Instead, data for both sets was recorded as one workout, but with 2 laps, each with its own warm-up, set of intervals, and cooldown. Bottom line is, there is a way to record separate reps of interval sets. It may even be possible to change to a different work-out between sets, to vary the intervals. This is a very good thing, but there isn't a peep about it in the User's Manual.

There have been other situations where I've botched a button sequence and discovered what appears to be a feature, but in the midst of a workout don't get the details. So, am I the only one that's encountered these with a Polar HRM? Does anyone know of a web page that documents these hacks, or whatever?
