I think the seller is gilding the lilly just a little (OK, a lot). $219 retail for an unknown brand? I don't think so. $70 would be a LOT for that and you would do FAR better on eBay.
Sigma is a reliable brand of heart rate monitors that can be had for VERY good prices on eBay and other places. I have a Sigma Onyx Fit HRM that I bought for a great price on eBay. It has a lot of functionality and apart from needing to replace the batteries (which is the case for a lot of HRM's) its worked very well.
