I have ranged between 4%-10% for the last 15 years (closer to 7-8 right now)

when i am lower than 5 i am not well!

For me its all about caloric intake to caloric output.

ride, recover, hydrate, hydrate!

get hardcore dude just flat out ride 5 days a week and make them long... fitness will go way up body fat will go way down

also get a road bike!

nothing like a century a week to trim you up!
