Ahh...my mistake. I just realized that I have "Salt Substitute", not Lite Salt. It's straight Potassium Chloride, and contains no Sodium or Iodine. The only non-zero ingredient is Potassium - 610 mg.

FWIW, the US National Academy of Sciences recently recommended that people consume a lot less Sodium (no more than 1500 mg per day), and a lot more Potassium (4700 mg per day, nearly twice the current recommended level). See https://www.azstarnet.com/dailystar/r...icles/9548.php for more on this.
