I'm only recommending this because I personally know a lot of people it has helped. I'll warn you now that you do get it through network marketing. (It's not a multivitamin, it's liquid whole food, and you can't argue that vegetables aren't good for you.)

If you're still interested, check out https://bloombikeshop.com/articles/he...idvitamins.htm

I hate the likes of walmart. They move into an area, force smaller businesses to go under. then Recruit(hire) those poor folks who lost their jobs/businesses to work for them at a dramitically reduced income with usually no benifits and treat their workers like ****.

What a shame,

BTW, I happen to be in a Network Marketing buinesses (AKA MLM) and I don't try to get every person to become a distributor, cause it's a waste of time for me and the person making them a dealer when they won't work the business. If you truely look at any business it's all a pyramid. The low wage workers are makeing money for the manager, the manager is working and making money for the CEO, the CEO is making money for the share holders.

The thing about MLM, you don't make money unless you earn it, and you can move up as high as you like.

With that being said the company I work for has a line of multivitamins that I have been taking for about 3 years.

Here is the label of the ones I take(though I take the "male forumula without IRON"

Altrum online store
