I'm not sure where you live, but in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA, there are many raw vegan bistros and restaurants that are making very unique and interesting cuisine.

i use my juicer for making juice.
seriously, every day i make at least one glass of juice, sometimes twice a day.
my usual recipe is a couple of carrots, an apple, kale, collards, celery, ginger, garlic (only in the evening-it can be very garlicy).
plus wheat grass.
for variety i use spinach as well, or what ever dark green looks good.

i find that this juice combo gives me lots of energy.

FWIW-it can take a while for one's pallet to a just to a raw/natural food diet.
though i must say, some of the stuff i've encountered at raw places are inedible.

as far as Mickey D's/any fast food place goes...read Fast Food Nation. it's an eye opener. if nothing else you'll be a better informed consumer.

We don't want you passing your genes on, either, based on the continual amount of stupid sh*t you continue to post.

Shame I ain't a boy, or your jibe might make more sense

In any event, I don't expect I'll have to actually do anything, since you have your tin-foil hat firmly in place, convinced that all helmets are designed to kill you. When you have a crash, everything should just work out naturally.
