ACL injury

ACL injury

not sure if this is the right place but for the last month my knee as been bothering me. Well had a MRI on monday and found out I have a grade 1 sprain in my ACL. I run and bike that is about all. My question is can poor fitting of a bike cause this.

imho very unlikely from biking, ACL injuries usually involving some kind of twisting or yanking that causes the bone just below the knee to be yanked forward.
The ACL stabilzes mainly in that motion and the PCL stabilizes in the opposite.

Do you run on uneven surfaces ?
Grade 1 is just basic strain afaik, you're lucky its not torn, then you would have real problems and decisons to make.

btw, I have had a partially torn acl for a long time and then it busted last year and had to be rebuilt.
