Where can I get tested?
I would love to get tested for VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and all kinds of good stuff like that. And my body fat %.
Have any suggestions as to where I could get some of this done, preferably as cheap as possible?
There is a sports therapy type place in my town, I think I can get my body fat % tested with calipers, but that's really all I know of.
