Adding Complex/Stepped Workouts to WKO+, Garmin Connect, Strava, Etc
Doing a spin bike workout recording power, cadence, HR, etc for something "complex" like:
- 10 min w/u - 160W, 90RPM
- 3 x 30 sec to open legs - 300W, 100RPM
- 2 x 20 min TT effort - 340W, 95RPM
- Etc.
I can execute this on the spin bike, remember my data (or write it down) since I can't export this data out of the spin bike, but then I have no way of putting in WKO+, Garmin Connect, etc since they dont have a feature where you can manually input all this data (specifically power values).
Concern is that I'm recording somewhat accurate power data that I use in combo w/ my Quarq data on the road, but then it's "lost" since I can put into any database to analyze and log in.
Anybody know a way to enter this power data manually?

You could use an excel spreadsheet and then import a csv file into WKO. Export a file from WKO first in csv format and then duplicate that format with your data and import.

I'm interested in this too. I just put in a TSS over ride for workouts where I don't get a power file, but if there's a better way...
