Bikes: Lots. Chapter2, Van Dessel, Giant, Trek, etc Dealers for BMC, Chapter2

Sorry - you dropped my name so it showed up in the search. My training center isn't just riding a trainer it's a coach designed computrainer workout. Meaning it is a power based workout based on your initial testing and proven to actually deliver results. That is also 100 for 6 classes and I am one of the least expensive computrainer studios around. FWIW

Barrington loop - metric butt tons of riders. A lot ride all year but yeah from time change to time change it is slammed. Search mapmyride for my rides out there. I have a few Barrington loops as it has been our team ride since inception and I rode there for years before that.

Sorry I'll edit the original post to reflect the right information. When do you guys meet?

Well if this place ever warms up I'll have to try out that loop.

All the info is on my site. It's walking a fine line of almost advertising if I describe it all here. Something I try to avoid on BF.

Bikes: 1986 Raleigh Competition (Restored to Original), 1986 Cannonade SR400 (Updated to Dura Ace 7800)

This may sound silly... and it's WAAAAAAAAAY cheap... But there's a reason why boxers do this:

I am doing outdoor cardio exercise to improve my body strength, stamina, and overall physical fitness for the riding.
I am doing running, swimming, and rope jumping in my routine workout for at least 40 minutes daily.
