Post Surgery Advice?

I'm probably about to have surgery to have my gallbladder removed. It isn't an overly invasive surgery, but it's still going to sit me down for a few weeks. Has anyone else had to deal with this? I'm just wondering what I can do post op to keep myself in decent shape and get back on my bike before too long.

Had my appendix out, it was terrible. It felt as if all my guts sloshed around for weeks. I would suggest to over rest, but I don't have any actual medical advice. I will add that when I had a tumor removed from my spine I got back out as soon as possible, and really focused on rebuilding all the Muscles in the area. Really helped a lot. But tummy surgery? Phew...
Oh and good luck, stay positive.
