Fuel for life

I'm a Clyde and like most folks I hate the thought of dieting or even the word. Here are my favorite cook books I would like to share. If you never been on a balanced food plan this is one.
Weight Watchers
ISBN:0-453-01016-4 *
ISBN:0-453-01015-6 *
ISBN:0-453-01023-7
ISBN:0-453-01020-2
ISBN:0-453-01012-1 and 0-452-26055-8 paper back
ISBN:0-02-861015-6
The reason I like these is because the foods are not exotic or expensive.I am never hungry or have cravings. They are geared for men and women as we both have different requirements.Plus You never have to change your eating habits even when your goals have been met.
Its not a diet its fuel for life.
These can be found online for a dollar or two.
