Yes, I was pretty pleased with how it worked out.
Lots of deals on 650 stuff as noone wants it anymore.
Plus I sold on the STI shifters from the 105 groupset, ended up getting crankset, front and rear mech, brakes and pedals for in effect €8.

My 2008 P2 SL (now called the P1). It's mostly Ultegra, including the pedals. The wheels are used H3Cs, with Vittoria tubulars.
The Renn disc is a used clincher; I bought it before I found the HEDs, and now may look to trade it for a tubular version so that I avoid a Frankenset on flat courses.
It's been a great ride - I've always lusted after even juicier machines than this, but I maintain that it's still far better than its engine,
so I'll just keep on it until I make it to the pointy end of my age group!

Got this bike in February and have lost 25 lbs since. Call Giant to order their FSA Zero Stack Integrated Headset to lower the handle bars. Specialized 50mm wide nose tri saddle (still looking for a better saddle). Added last year's Dura Ace Crank at a clearance price which was a ton lighter and stiffer than the old crank. I recently bought a rear FP80 wheel.

^^It's actually the V-Flow plus, but I LOVE it! It's ugly but comfortable as hell!

Bikes: looks like a specialized crux now
I live in the hilly part of the desert now, so I am rebuilding my fixed for training this winter. It will be the end of the month at the earliest. But I am still excited. It runs 53-11t right now so it will either be running 53-54t on the outer ring, not sure on the inner ring yet. There will be lots of climbing out here, and I want to work on my spinning form and raise my cadence.
currently has 105 brakes and a 105 front wheel, sugino glp cranks. Bontrager carbon front fork and seat post, and a san marco saddle. Those bars were traded off because I hate them.
The rest is still being decided on and or searched for. I am thinking/hoping mostly Ulteggra 10spd.

and i am finally going to match the color on my cable housing.

No aerobars until you clean your room. Damn.

I dont live there anymore.
and that room taught me to live lightly.
I could touch the ceiling, and in my moms room and the kitchen i could two walls at once

I don't do triathlons (can't swim), but I read this forum to get some ideas time trial fit/products. I just got aerobars and changed my fit a couple of weeks ago.
This is my small town living "fast grocery shopper":
Surly Long Haul Trucker
Profile Design T2+
Tri Stryke saddle
$17 FSA 20mm setback saddle turned backwards (I may splurge for a proper forward seatpost later, but that seatpost with the Tri Stryke saddle puts the nose of my saddle a bit under 5mm from the bottom bracket. That's with a 72 degree seatpost angle)
etc...
=32lbs without panniers

(sorry for uglying up the thread with my bike

So...here is the next question. Are the Logo's painted on or were those original decals or stickers or something? Also, how much of your soul would you feel i would be stealing if i totally copied your idea and did this to one of my old bikes?

Those are decals I made with decal paper I bought. I tried a bunch of different kinds which didn't work, I even got some custom printed from a company, but they ended up being terrible.
Eventually I tried this:
Papilio Glossy Self-adhesive Inkjet Vinyl
(atleast I'm pretty sure that's the one I ordered, they have a lot of products)
It's not super durable, you can see the difference between the freshly painted frame and a season of touring/riding, but that's what a bike would look like after a week on Isla Sorna
I had trouble finding high res logos too, I ended up having to remake them in illustrator, here's the files if you're interested:
https://www.angrysaki.com/Upload/jpstuff.zip (there's a chance the illustrator file is missing stuff, I don't have illustrator installed right now and can't tell what's inside, but it should be the right file)
And I'd care about you making a bike like that as much as the original makers of the trucks probably care about me copying their design for my bike
. You could always make it in the red and grey style jeeps

Just finished this yesterday. Still need to do some derailleur adjustments and add bar-tape. Like the feeling a lot in comparison to my Zipp2001.
