Jac90, that's a lovely ride, and another one absolutely crying out for a wheel cover on the back!

Guys who purchased the Pedal Force frame. Were you aware that the exact frame is available on ebay for nearly half the price? The only difference is that it doesn't have Pedal Force decals.

My Winter Project

I posted this on the road bike forum and thought to also post here. New old-stock frame from ebay, other new parts from ebay and online retailers. Total investment about $1500, not including wheels which I had already.

Looks like it will be a very nice build crst4. Especially like the gold paint!

Warning though if any of your races (road time trials race under UCI rules - in the States usually only Nationals I believe) the Vision basebars now don't pass the latest aspect ratio rule changes.

Thanks. Frame appears to be anodized rather than painted and actually looks better in real-life than photo. I mostly ride just for my own pleasure so not too worried by what the UCI say, but bars are the flat version rather than the deep drop style that appear to have been excluded by the 3:1 rule. Where are you in Oz? I have family in WA. Love the Margaret River area.

I understand that the latest rules are not just the drop of the arms but the aspect ratio of the base bar horizontal length is greater than 3 * the base bar arms height. The Vision Techs measured somewhere around 3.7 to one. I have the older style integrated Vision Techs and am now having to swap the bars for 3T Mistral Pros which do comply, as here in Australia all events (even the local events where I am in Melbourne) must meet UCI rules for road events. With Triathlons we are still free to use just about anything we like fortunately as the ITU are far more reasonable.

Margaret river is meant to be an amazing area. Unfortunately I've been overseas numerous times but never even made the west coast of Australia. I will have to go one day...

Please post photos again when the build is finished!

I am making progress.
got everything cabled up as necessary. I forgot to tape the inside of my rim. so i popped a tube earlier today. Always a small thing isn't it.
Tomorrow I plan on new brake pads taping the bars and fitting it. trimming all the cables and making it pretty.

I like this photo so much it is my new background. I think I like it because I can only imagine how exciting it would be to have a whole bike ready to build. I'd be up all night.

Any updates on it?

Taking it further I would like to blow up this pic real big, frame it, and hang it on the wall of my bedroom (since I already have four bikes displayed on a rack in there).

Give my wife nightmares! (Oh no, not ANOTHER bike project!)

Last activity for them was yesterday, so I think there's a good chance we will.
