Shorts for bike & run.

Anyone have any advice on good shorts for both the bike and run section?

I want something that'll keep my boys in place during the run, protect my ass during the ride, and not feel like a diaper.

Yep, these would do it. The pad is very thin and they are compression shorts, so they are quite snug, but still comfortable.

It's all about comprimise. Tri shorts have a thinner chamios which helps on the run but doesn't provide that same padding as a road chamios...

I race in Orca tri shorts from 1/2 IM up to and including IM okay. Anything shorter I just race in the speedos.

Yep. That's what I use. I tried several and this is the best from my standpoint.

They are good for swimming and comfortable while running.

I like to run in my bike shorts. I dont feel like it impedes me at all and they're actually quite comfortable.
