How many of you change your chainrings and/or cassettes, depending on the course you will ride (i.e. flat versus hilly/climbs)?
If so, then what do you use for each specific type of terrain?

Flatland setup is 53/39, 11-23.
Rolling setup is 53/39, 11-26.
Hilly setup is 50/34, 11-26 (this will be how I role next year for TTT and IMOO).
In my opinion, many triathletes over-gear themselves (myself included). I rarely use 53/11 or 53/12, and I'm confident when I set up my bike with compact cranks this winter, I won't miss the 53.
