08 Specialized Transition - Which wheels fit?

I noticed that my road bike wheels hit the frame when I put the rear wheel on. I'm assuming it's the configuration of the spokes. I have Fulcrum Racing 5 wheels. Before I purchase a set of wheels, I want to make sure they'll fit....what are the people who have 08 Transitions running?

I am looking at the Reynolds SDV66, HED Stinger 60, Williams Cycling 58, or some Zipps.

A safe fast bet would be the following "flat" options -

Zipp 900 disc
Hed 3

However, I cant tell you specifically as I don't own one.

I've got an S-Works and my 404s work great. Which Transition did you get?

I bought the pro frameset and am building it up.

Do you know what kind of lacing pattern the 404s come with? I'm assuming the lacing pattern is what dictates how far the spokes stick out....or would it be the configuration of the hub?

Bikes: '03 Marin Mill Valley, '02 Eddy Merckx Corsa 0.1, '12 Giant Defy Advance, '20 Giant Revolt 1, '20 Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1, some random 6KU fixie

It would be the configuration of the hub that dictates the angle of the spokes from hub to rim.
