Any numbness nuggets ?
Am looking to buy a decent saddle so I can still feel my fella after a frantic forty.
Was looking at the Koobi Enduro and the rather strange Adamo saddles to see me through five hours a week (if I'm lucky) and do for the occasional tri. Age 44.
Thanks for any advice

I love my ISM Adamo on my tri bike because in the aero postion, I'm more leaned forward. On my road bike, I have a regular style saddle (Specialized BG Avatar 143), but I also have a really good fit, so no pressure on the important parts.
Honestly, if you ever plan on having kids, get a good saddle and a good fit. Heck, if you don't want to be investing heavily in Viagra, get a good fit. Numbness leads to scar tissue, which leads to problems that require a little blue pill.

I'm using the Cobb Cycling V-Flow Plus. Very happy with it! It is sold with a six-month comfort return policy so you can't go wrong in trying it.

It's tough to figure out what saddle you want over the internet. Especially for triathlon. There are all sorts of things to consider--overall saddle length, nose width, padding on nose, cutout, saddle curvature, etc.
Fortunately, there are saddles that cover the entire spectrum. The Adamo saddles sound like a good place to start for you, as their lack of nose seems to help riders to overcome numbness. However, some larger riders note some chafing from the wide "nose" (if you can call it that) on their inner thighs. So, be aware.
FWIW, I've been very happy with my Profile Tri Stryke. It's cheap, durable and has a soft, wide padded nose. Perfect for my rear end! However, your mileage will seriously vary. I'd say, if you like the Adamo saddles, then go for it--you'll be in some good company
