Vitamins?
Does anyone have a dedicated vitamin regimen?
I take GLA and B's every morning, and a multi-vitamin with lunch, but I was reading in a triathlon magazine over the weekend about taking a vitamin before bed to help aid recovery.
The article hadn't specified what kind of vitamin was needed for recovery and I was at Barnes and Noble when I read the magazine and at the time didn't want to spend the $12 on the magazine (now I kind of wish I had)
Anyhow... does anyone know.. or have suggestions on what to use as a "recovery" vitamin at night?

hummm. I am not sure. I know the tri mags have been promoting the recovery drink after workouts or training, but had not seen the vitamin ones. I will look through the last couple and see if anything is there.

I try to get most of vitamins through my diet, but just in case I break a multi vitamin (Kirkland/Costco brand) in 2 and take half in the morning and half at night. Along with each half, I take a Glucosamine-MSM tablet and a fish-flax-borage capsule. I don't know if any of it does a bit of good, but I have great blood pressure, cholesterol numbers and no joint pain.
