Orbea Frame Sizing Question.

Living in rather rural Canada, and not being close to any Orbea dealers I was hoping I could get some help from the more savvy bunch here. Yes I know the motto 'Try before you buy'

I have a 56cm frame now on my Cannondale, and want to buy an Orbea Tri bike.
Looking at their frame sizing I am guessing I can pick between a 54 or a 57. Seeing as I am more leg than upper body. I would guess I 57 would get me into a little more aggressive position (longest Tri I plan on doing in the far future would be a 1/2IM).

But also, 57 is their largest frame size (on Orbea's website) so I am a little confused and wary of biting the bullet on a frame that will frankly be far too large.
