Do you use Look-style pedals (road style) or SPD pedals (MTB style) on your tri rig?

SPD for now.

road...shimano 105's...but then again, my tri and road rigs are one in the same. For me though, I'd definitely still go road style since you'll have to change your shoes anyway and the larger platform is more stable in my opinion

I use road style speedplay pedals - picked them for the double sided entry

Still using Look Delta cleated pedals on my bikes. Too expensive to swap out the five sets of pedals to Look Keo's!
