Hello everyone! I am looking to get into cycling as I would like to eventually work my way into an Ironman competition. Currently I'm a marathon runner and have two races left in the next month. Yet, I'm looking to make a transition into triathlons and need to purchase a bike. Currently I am saving up money to purchase a bike in 4-6 months. Yet I'm tempted to purchase a used bike off of craiglist until I have enough money to buy a nicer and newer bike. I'm going to post a link to a craiglist ad for a bike that is tempting at the current moment. This would only be temporary bike and I would like to give it to my brother afterwards. Some specs on myself: 5'9.5", 170lbs, 22yrs. Being new to cycling I would like some advice in regards to the bike and if its a good deal, possible right fit, and the bikes overall quality. I know much can't be said for a bike until it's seen in person but I was just wondering before I made the drive to go see it.
