Olympics Tri-Question--Penalty?
So the Brit who got the Bronze, one of the Brownlee Bros, got a 15 second penalty for getting on his bike too quickly?
How is that possible? Guess I don't understand all the rules....
Is there anyone out there who does?
Thanks in advance...

He got on the bike before the mount line. It's a pretty basic rule.

On the edge of the transition area there is a line. Nobody is allowed to mount their bike until they cross that line and are out of the transition area. It's designed to prevent people from hopping on their bike and mowing down people running through the area coming in from the swim.
