What is your electronics setup?

I would like to see what everyone else has as far as their monitoring equipment. Do you use a GPS watch with heart rate monitor or a GPS cyclocomputer with a Dedicated HRM? Or do you not trust or skip on the GPS for any reason and go with the classic non-GPS style computer and maybe no HRM at all? Do you put your watch (if you use one) on during T1 and try to pair it with your chest strap at the beginning of the cycling leg?

I'm a beginner triathlete and am interested in seeing what other people use, and if it will help a beginner like me train more efficiently.

Thanks!
