The hills are still there! and more like "Jordans Tits" than a Witches. lol.
Take care of yourself in the U.S. Are you there for the duration or heading back to good old Geordy land any time soon?

Still coming out of the woodwork, I'm in Milton Keynes, loads of varied rides 5-10 minutes and your out onto undulating country roads, 15-20 minutes into the pine forest with loads of challenging mountain bike routes, and to cap it all hundreds of miles of red-way ( off road ) cycle paths throughout the city, great for commuting social or family rides, a cyclists paradise.

hi, im from Eastleigh nr southampton, i ussualy do 10 mile rides around my area, my biggest ride is about 40 miles to lyndhurst in the new forest, then a few other places, i am building up my stamina so i can do big rides again, increasing my mileage a few miles each week or when i feel like the 10 miles are getting easy, i dont go to fast my average speed is 9-10 miles an hour!!! although i do like to bomb it when gfoing down hill, my max speed so far on my new saracen hazzard bike is 30.2 mph (downhill) i giess you could call me a leisure cyclist i like to get out into the countryside its relaxing!

Hi Andy
I have just registered, living just to the east of London. I am mainly a touring cyclist but do some fairly serious road work too.
I tour in both the UK and europe, how about you?

Hi all, I'm new to the forum, live in Fife, Scotland and am into lightweight camping/touring mostly in the hotter parts of France. This because I'm very, very old and have very dodgy knees. Regards, George.

Born in Scarborough, Yorkshire, now living in Toronto. Strange thing: I work in Scarborough, Ontario. That's okay, Toronto used to be called York.

Not sure I count. I live in London on Parson's Green, but I'm from Texas. Just moved here in September, so I get lost pretty regularly. Any advice as to group rides in and around town would be greatly appreciated. Should be said that my bike was stolen a couple of weeks ago and I won't be back on two wheels until March or so, but I'll be looking for rides then.
Cheers,
CJ
