WOW !!!!
Somebody actually from close to where I was from.
I left from Potters Bar in 1963. At that time it was in Middlesex. Does that seem like a while back? :-)
Did you know that Bill Sykes (the burglar) was reputed to have committed some crimes in Barnet?
Kind regards.
Lewis.

London, UK.
On the odd occasion I commute to work, the closer I get to the centre of town, the more kamikaze cyclists I come across.

Glasgow - not on here much anymore, used to love it when I worked for an employer, spent most of my days in the 'Foo' thread. Now I've got to work for a living as I'm freelance doing the TV thing.

How many from the UK?
I am from, and live in South Wales. Not many cyclists here compared with say, Oxford, the hills put people off, they don't realise it is the hills that keep you fit. And yet some will pay big bucks to got to a gym,to do what they could be doing on a bike :-)

Hi Andy, I'm from Maidstone in Kent and quite new to the forum. I think it's brilliant, it doesn't seem to matter where members are from, they all speak the universal language of cycling! I usually spend the evening in the Bicycle Mechanics thread - picking up tips, ideas and knowledge from all over, but mainly cyclists in the States. They seem to try anything to get their bikes back on the road and have some really good ideas. I also like Classic & Vintage. I love my 1970 Holdsworth & old Claud Butlers, but you should see some of the restorations the Americans perform! Also they seem quite as appreciative of a humble Hercules or Raleigh roadster as an Italian racer. Best regards.

Heya!
I'll be relocating to London at the beginning of June, but I'm originally from the USA. Hope to find a flat that will allow me to commute to my office (near Covent Garden in central London) on bike. Just joined this forum and look forward to participating going forward!
Cheers,
Rob
