Unidentified trike info

this bikes has been on the local CL for a while now. I have zero experience with cargo type bikes, but this one looks tempting. And most cargo bikes i see tend to be on the more expensive side, so thats another attractive point. This bike started at $300 and has come down to $250 over the past couple months or so. looks well equipped with rod brakes, a parking brake(it looks like), and the rear wagon area is even has suspension. any one recognize this beast?

If it runs and is in good condition, how wrong could you possibly go for $250.
I'd worry that somebody here will buy it...

Offer $200? Might be a Mecury which are built in Mexico. Doesn't look too bad overall.
