Suggestions for solid bib tights or leg warmers?
Hey,
I’m looking to back out on the bike and want something my legs on the 35*-50* weather, I’m pretty open to either a bib tight or leg warmer, leg warmers would be a bit more convenient I think. The issue seems to be finding something not intended for a Europeans idea if winter. My thing in the Midwest is cold not rain and muck. Any suggestions on brands ?
Thanks

Castelli Nanoflex 2 knickers.
Tights are going to be a bit warm at 50°F but they also make a tight if that is what you want.
XL is $79 right now at Excel Sports. $119 street price is typical when not on sale.

My experience with both warmers and bib tights is that sizes are all over the map. I have several pair at this point and the sizes range from L to XL to XXL between brands. I find that I must try them on before buying.
I only wear the warmers when I might want to take them off during the ride. So if the temperature is likely to get about about 50F, I'll wear the warmers. Otherwise the bib tights are the best bet.

Polyester Fleece Track Suit Trousers , smooth out side, fleece inside.. add another layer of long underwear under them in colder weather..
Jersey Knit* fabric has good flexibility..
Actually invented on that Channel Island, I believe .. (Guernsey Dairy Cows were Bred in another one of those islands..)

planet x in the UK is blowing out their winter clothing gear, I ordered a pair of their thermal bib tights. I hope they fit like the endura version, I've enjoyed those when it's around the freezing mark but wish I'd invested more money in the windproof version.
