Off to a fun start!
I can't complain with the early winter season upon us in Central Massachusetts. Today after work it was off to check out Hubbardston/Templeton State Forest. There is some fun single-track sections I enjoy whenever I get out there. Today I was out riding the lower sections because it looks as if the upper (larger) single-track sections aren't very easy to get to right now. The did switch out my Fat Bike and went with the studded one just in case.

good thing you like a workout! nice job staying in that narrow track. looks like you mostly stayed on top, w/o sinking in, w/ some exceptions. after work rides are tough these days w/ the early darkness & significant cold. well done

The conditions were better than expected and the good thing is I'm out of work a noon time so still beat the darkness. Although I'll be doing some night rides once we get a better base of snow come the new year.

Finally, winter came back this weekend and I'm looking forward to playing in the snowy forest again.
