Winter wheels?

A friend of mine has an extra set of wheels he's looking to sell. If I get the money I'll buy 'em off him. They're these:

19mm rims means I can mount 40mm tires, which I'm looking at Schwalbe Marathon Winters for the cold season:

I intend to put a 13-32 8 speed cassette on so I can toss these on my 2010 GT Tachyon 3.0 during the cold season, then swap back to the stock wheels in summer:
