It's raining Horses and Ox.

I live in Washington. It rains here a lot. Today is a day, or this morning before I have to ride to work, is a morning where Washington is feeling inadequate and needs to step things up and show me what she's made of.

Which seems to be h2o.

I don't have fenders because I'm stupid.

BUT, I'm going to show Washington who's boss.

And bring a change of underwear.
