Wednesday, 2:45 with a regular training partner that was complaining about being tired because he ran on Monday and did a hot yoga class on Tuesday then rode with Veloboy Wednesday morning.
Thursday, weights (chest, shoulders, core), then 3:45 which covered plenty of dirt roads from this upcoming scratch race this weekend. The wind sucked.

unscheduled 0.75 hrs of z1 this morning, just getting the fit on the new rig dialed in.
i felt pretty scrunched up yesterday so last night I raised the saddle and pushed it back a few mm, put a 10mm longer stem on it and the rotundo pros from my other rig.
what a difference. im comfertable now.

yeah. did the work out my coach sent me, but figured I had more in me so I doubled the work intervals and hit the numbers on those too. he's either pissed or thrilled. I'm a bad student, but I work hard.

Great check up from doctor yesterday...bone breaks healing well, thinks dizzy spells more due to pain meds and allergies than BPPV or concussion (they have subsided since stopping taking pain meds), pain slowly going away, ready to start some PT for collarbone (the break looks gnarly, by the way). So, all is good, well, except my CTL has dropped from 90 to 40 over the past four weeks...ugh...

I've had two days where it was not possible to get any time in. 15 hour days take it out of me. Today I got an hour on the hotel bike. Recumbents make my butt hurt. After that I did some strength stuff. Actually a reasonable workout, yay!

1:53 on the rollers at z1.5.
Lots of time this weekend and next few days.
Moving into the house on Thursday so I'll be off the bike for a few days then.
After that, some structured workouts.

1:40 of Zone 2.
Tomorrow is the 2nd Annual "Doc Hollywood" ride leaving Micanopy (where a lot of the movie was filmed) for about 70 miles (10 unpaved) of fun and games.
Since I am down to either riding my carbon race wheels, 10 year old Bonty Race-Lites with a lot of miles on them and getting dubiously thin on the braking surfaces, or one of two pairs of 1980's vintage Campy hubs/Mavic tubular rims with freewheels that only work with my commuter bike (1986 C'dale) or my "Sunday Rider" (late 1980's Serotta Colorado with C-Record), I think that I might opt for the Bonty's and skip the unpaved stuff. I know the roads down there with the unpaved stuff, so I won't get lost. A number of the unpaved parts are really pretty nice and are fun to ride.
I also plan to ride to the ride/(unsanctioned) race start and ride back, so I'm looking at about 100 miles tomorrow.
Rain is in the forecast.
Sounds "epic" which I think is a synonym for "stupid".

4 hours 230TSS. CTL went from 0 to -20 in one ride. Windy as all get out and snow for most of it. The bike was a mess. All cleaned up now.
