I did 23 races, which is twice what I raced in the last 4 years combined. 16 were weeknight auto race-track points races, 2 crits, and 5 road races.

One podium - 3rd place in a weeknight points race, but I crossed the finish line first from a 7 man break so it felt like a win!
One DNF and a few top 10s.

Most every race I played a lead out role for one of the sprinters on our team and had a blast. I'm really happy with my season and the new team I joined this year.

Looking forward to next year.

First year of racing, learned a lot in terms of comfort and efficiency riding in a pack, bike handling, contact/ bumping, etc.
Also, big doses of humble pie, but I had lots of fun in the process.
Looking forward to next season.

Ain't nobody gonna get far in this sport without puttin' in the time/$$/gas it takes to race a lot!
Maybe I'll see you at ToAD and Tulsa. You should plan for Gateway in St. Louis on Labor Day weekend.
