popping noise in crank

Is it possible to get a binding or popping noise from not getting a full extension on the pedal movement?

it happens when the rt pedal is at 2:30ish and again when the left pedal is at the same spot.

I have been fitted but other riders say I am a bit low and forward.

What, from your body, or the bike? The former seems plausible

Do you get the same noise if you pedal without any force? Or only when you push, or only when you push hard?

Does your crankset move side-to-side or have any wobble in it?

Since it's both sides, it's probably not a pedal problem - sand in bearing, etc.
