Black Peugeot craigslist (guessing Iseron 1986)
https://miami.craigslist.org/brw/bik/3846006576.html
Would likely convert to fixed in the near future (if I purchase it). I've been looking for a steel bike in my size under $200 for a while. Any thoughts on the price?
Thanks.

Still learning
The seller's asking price is about FMV for the pictured bike. I think you identified the right P6 model too.

Offer 125$. It's a low end Pug, looks clean. Price seems a touch high, but not off...
I think by then they're English thread. Small post diameter (24) can be hard to find decent replacement.

It does appear to be a circa 1986 P6 Iseran. It's an entry level model. If you've been searching for a while and this is the only prospect that's turned up under $200, then either everybody is overpricing their product or Miami is a hot market. However, it's been sitting a few days, so it probably isn't a great deal and you should offer less. Per the previous post, I'd offer $125, provided there are no major issues.
