Is this a 50s Cinelli stem?
I have a stem that I dont know much about. It has a Made in Italy decal. I purchased this with a Cinelli Milano stem. The pictured stem has some of the same features as the Cinelli Milano stem. Is this Cinelli? Was this made by someone else?

No. It is the basic style of one though, one from the 50's would have a Cinelli stem badge. Yours appears from the early 60's due to the made in Italy transfer. It is a Pista stem, #2 drop I am pretty sure and about 8 cm, #1 drop was basically the same as a road stem, #2 the medium drop and the #3 the most severe, seen on sprinters iron of the day.

A stem badge is not necessary for a Cinelli stem but a Cinelli Milano stamp is. My guess is Ambrosio.
