I would say yes, although I don't see what you mean about the 531 decal.

Dunno about the sticker, but the lug work is good and it has Campy dropouts. It can't be too bad with those features. Go check it out, it's near you.

Somebody on here is bound to have installed hundreds of them and can chime in.

These were sold for use on bigger frames. If you look at the webbing of the rack, it's quite different from a real Pletscher. I think they're an Asian knockoff (though perfectly good) made for Schwinn. I have Pletscher racks on my tourers and Italian wire baskets that hook into them which are secured by the spring clip. They're really useful racks when used with such a basket, which also has a handle and can be used in the store as a grocery basket. Pletscher has produced for many years a heavier-duty mousetrap rack called "Athlete," that is really pretty nice.

If this was in reasonable driving distance to Pittsburgh I would have bought it already. I have been looking for one for awhile now.

For sale a hand built steel frame Waterford road bike. In good condition and fresh from a tune up and some new parts at Angry Catfish bike shop (new front STI brake/shifter, new front chain ring/chain, some new cabling). Bike is equipped with SRAM Rival components and American Classic Victory wheels.

I got some pics while the bike was in the shop, I'll post some more detailed photos on request.

This is your chance to own a beautiful steel-framed road bike, handmade in the USA with great ride quality for a good price.

Great for longer day rides, gran fondos, light touring - any time you want to go far and fast.

Purchasing a new bike, so have to make room by selling this one.

They are an exceptional shop in many ways.

Great staff, bikes, coffee, ambiance. The whole nine yards.

Lately though I just go to Grand Performance.

Again, an exceptional racing shop with a fantastic tradition.

Two minutes from our house and I bring in my own coffee.

Over the years I've probably only spent a few hundred there. Which is sort of amazing given the prices, ha. I just enjoy walking through and seeing/feeling all the high end stuff you would really only see on the Internet. It's cool to get a first hand view. It has a boutique type of vibe without the snobby attitudes you may expect to find.

Being so close to one of our favorite brew pubs (Northbound Smokehouse), it's easy to have an excuse to stroll through. One of these days I'll have to check out Grand. It's probably the only heavy hitter shop I haven't visited in the metro.

Indeed. We've been going since they've opened and I've yet to be disappointed with anything we've ever tried. Pretty spectacular actually for what is reasonably priced food in a casual sit down venue. Who just happens to brew quality beer.

BTW, sent you a PM.

I am going to have to give the Brewpub a try. I have spent a lot of time at Grand Performance too. A three block walk for me.
