Campagnolo history revision in Peloton

Picked up the 04 issue at the newsstand yesterday. Interesting long article on Coppi. Interview / report on a conversation with Valentino.
Must have been a stressful time for Valentino in the 80's. He (I will admit this is might be through a translator) got the timeline of SIS, integrated shifting/braking controls kind of way out of sequence. Too bad the interviewer did not know the history of the company better, did not do their homework or was too polite to push for the interesting questions.
So much more could have been told of the return of the company from the dark days of the 80's. It would have shown how every decision was life or death for a while.
Anyone else read this?

Happy the magazine is here, but I don't think it will GO.

I've had a couple of copies of this mag given to me including the new one with Coppi on it. I would consider this a "style" magazine, and appreciate it only for the photography and nice quality paper. The articles are fluff at best, even the ones from the veteren cycling journos.

A review of wheels sets had me thinking that way, but reviewing products is always tough, hard to bite the hand that could feed you. This was the first issue I looked at, and bought it just to read the Campagnolo article, just not polite to do it while standing there at the stand.
