Yep not to bad, painted them then did a quick wipe off. That left the paint in the grooves.

I like how in the first pic it looks like the MTB is riding down the top tube of the Colnago. Did you do that on purpose just to see if anyone would notice**********

Sloar, are the decals under clearcoat yet? If not, try to move the "Colnago Super" decals on the chainstays to just above the engravings - that's where they should actually be located.
That paint came out looking fantastic - and your highlight/cutout painting is very, very good too. I use the same method - works great every time.
Cyclart has nothing on whomever did this paint for you Looking forward to seeing her built up.

Excellent job. It's gorgeous! I'm jealous of the frameset, but I'm even more jealous of your English wheel.

Did you use a spray gun for the paint? Did you use Imron or one of the House of Kolor paints? Either way, it looks great. I assume you used a brush for the yellow, or did you do some crazy masking?

I used DuPont lacquer with a gun. Then I used one shot pinstripe paint. I used a small piece of shaved off wood from a pencil for
The detail, no masking

Beautiful Colnago. My old Colnago had been re-painted by (San Marcos? it's been a while) and it wasn't anywhere near this nice. Great color!
