Interesting - I notice he went for the titanium option, but cheaped out with with the Shimano hub dynamo.
Does anyone know what kind of seatpost he has?

My mom saw him talking about his Brompton on TV from the London Olympics. Knowing how impractical a non-folding bike is for me at this time, she urged me to look into a folding bike. Thus began my journey into the world of folding bikes. Thanks, Mom! . . . And thanks to Al, too.

That looks gross....must be his way of getting nutrition throughout the day by eating a lot of small meals more often due to his gastric bypass surgery years ago.

[QUOTE=jefmcg;14860876]oatmeal?
[/QE]
When I was a kid (early 1950') my dad and I used to drink water with oatmeal in it, when we worked in the yard. He said the polo players drank it at the Midwick (pronounced Middick) Country Club in SoCA in the 1920's to help prevent cramps. Midwick had the Nat. Champion polo team in 1924 - my dad ran the food operation there in '26-'28 - and that's what our BIG glass looked like after we drank all the water.
