DFW Airport is actually kind of easy to get into. There is a Remote South parking lot that you can get to using (non-freeway) surface streets; from there, shuttle buses can get to any terminal. Not sure about actually riding around in the airport though; the main road is a 55 mph freeway.

You may have already figured this out, but this looks doable, as there are signs and markings for traffic in both directions.

Meanwhile at the southern end of the airport a fleet of Cannondales sat in the terminal ready for the complimentary use of those flying "General Aviation" (meaning private jets)...

Ha, I've flown planes into FBOs that were worth less than a new Corolla, probably less than some bikes.

In a past life I was an Airline Pilot. When I was based in Rochester (KROC) a Captain I'd often fly with would ride his bike to work all summer. He simply locked it up along the fence, went through security in his bike clothes, and took a shower and changed into his uniform down in the rampers locker room. If I wasn't commuting between CT and ROC (bike was in CT) I probably would have joined him.

Another option is to ride to a stop near the airport and take the city bus in for the last couple miles. Many have a bike rack on the front. At a big airport the hardest thing will probably be finding somewhere to park your bike.

When flying with my folding bike I've sometimes made use of the hotel bus option even when not staying at the hotel. At airports without clear exit routes for cyclists I just leave the bike packed and hop on the first hotel bus that comes by. Then I unpack the bike there and start my ride to wherever I'm headed. I wouldn't do this if the bus were full and I might be displacing an actual hotel guest, but usually they're running pretty empty.
