Hey Cheetard, who is the imbecile that is rejecting the spot-on information that people are posting in an effort to help your pathetic self fix his POS forks?

That would be you.

Used is a good way to go for most bike stuff, especially for those on a budget like you young fellers. But I think that the very last thing you should buy used is a suspension fork. Too many variables on use/abuse. JMO.

Nope.

Sometimes there are idiots that post who just beg for correction. It's not about addiction, it's about being factual.

You and that cheetard person fall into that category.

It's refreshing to see you flail, over and over, in vain attempts to establish any type of credibility. Fred.

ahah

1. Dodges are better ( not relevant)
2. You get what you pay for. Obviously this fork was free so look what happened. I mean this doesn't apply to everything in the world but come one everyone knows a splice isn't that nice. Get some source of income and save for a nice fork like a fox or a rock shox or a nicer manitou you know something nice.
3. Stop using us for information that we provide you with and then insult us for giving a helping hand.
4. Stop getting so frustrated.
5. Chill.
6. It was probably a load bearing decal that went bad in the fork.

It's amusing to see you wiggle your way back in here time and time again because you just can't help yourself. TGMBG.1 another sock puppet about to be banned for the umpteenth time. You're a silly fella, Pete!

Maybe it's not about addiction...could be too strong a word. It's still the right direction though. You still choose to come back here and piss on somebody's fruit loops sooner or later.

Still though...makes for an interesting read.

I'm torn.

Misprint or load of crap?

I'd buy 10 for $100 and sell them for $200 on the bay. I've never even seen the 302's for a bill.

Wasn't Cheeto's sponsorship ride today? Hope it goes well for him. Maybe he can get a new fork outta the deal. Also a copy of the Park Blue Book wouldn't hurt.

No, I didn't get to do my sponsorship ride, as I didn't have a working bike.
To top it off, they never got back with me about why I missed it.
so yea, I lost it at the moment.

I cant find ANYWHERE a 100% new tora for 100 bucks.
Unless it's on ebay, and since I don't have a paypal/ebay account, I can't buy anything off of it.

Show me a NEW tora for 100 bucks thats not on something like ebay or craigslist.

The last 3 things I got that where used have been crap.
So there, no more used stuff.
A fork has to much to go wrong with it to buy it used. You don't know the abuse it's had.

You don't need a paypal account if you pay with Paypal. (use that credit card you were resting)

Cheeto-

Here's another option for forks about $100 plus or minus:

https://www.jensonusa.com/store/produ...ercomp+08.aspx

Marzocchi Supercomp $139, hard to beat for entry level.

Yeah, I almost removed mine the other day, then I read about the dangers involved. I am now trying to inform others with my sig.

Ok, I can live without the lockout, but can you answer this qustion?
the rubber bushings and the plastic spacer thing, how do those go one? it doesnt specify in the manuals.
If I get those on right the fork is still ridable, I jsut dont have the lovely range of adjustment it had

I just tested it out and I knoticed that when you compress it theres a squishy, leaky sound to it, like air is comming out...

Listen Mo...U can use a credit card to pay for something via Paypal w/o having an acct. Just put in the CC# like you would at Jenson, Pricepoint, etc...
