I have never heard of either. I would assume it would matter on what you are trying to buy.

I have a friend who has a Rocky Mountain, and he loves it. I don't have any firsthand experience though.

This thread is heading the wrong way.
You need to ask something like:
Is the Norco____better than the Rockymountain____?
In which case most people would say "No, RockyMountain is waaaaaayyyyy cooler!"
Is Trek better than Specialized? No. I do like the Session 88 better than the Hardrock sport though.
