C Heath-
Holy crap, that's a big bike, 2000px × 1300px.
Edit: Thanks, someone brought it down to a reasonable 1024px × 666px.

I got a new SLX crankset (triple), M540 SPD pedals, and Specialized MTB sport shoes to go with it. I also got an Alivio crankset from another relative who wasn't in on the SLX buy. SLX and pedals are still in the mail, pics as soon as I get them in.

Socks, a really nice Ibex wool jersey. A cool guide book to the Great Divide cyling route, portions of which go pretty close to Missoula, and agift certificate to REI (though it will go to skis).
Gave more biking presents than I got though, mainly new handlebars, lights, and fenders for my dad's commuter.

I got:
*Panaracer Fire XC Pro 26x2.10 tires

*Tools: 8gal compressor, 6pc Dewalt combo, bunch of carpentry stuff.
Nothing else related to my cycling hobby. I got a lot of cash and giftcards which i will be using to fund some camping/mtbing trips.

So the suspicious box turned out to be Azonic Strip bars. I also got the Sette Shadow frame and money for a fork (it was an envelope with a plastic fork taped to it). I am thinking a 55 R. Do you feel like you could recommend it Ed? I am a little worried about the bushing slop issues but the price is hard to argue with... especially because it leaves me with extra funds for wheels or brakes.

wow, read the reviews for your Sette Shadow frame...seems awesome!!
(i might get one...)
for my presents...i didn't get anything, maybe i'll wait till my bday (jan 1!!) and maybe get something awesome...
ADD : For anyone who knows...will the sette shadow frame be any good for a bit of AM/DH disciplines?

I got $100 that will be spent on a part of a new BB/crankset or possibly a new BB for my road bike. For some reason I destroy bottom brackets.
