Padding for bike

Does anyone know which online retailers carry padding for bikes? I'd like to cover up some of the bars, etc. with foam to save the family jewels during a major wipeout.

thanks, I've also searched and it looks like people are using pipe insulation with zip ties. Just have to make sure the insulation is the one without the glue on the bottom.
