Sammamish River Trail parking and theft
Don't park at the little league fields up the street from Red Hook Brewery in Woodinville any more. I've never had a problem with that lot, but yesterday someone busted in the back window of my Jeep and stole my Chrome Metropolis. The bag was empty, except for a cheapo digital camera and a marker.
It's not like I left the bag up on the driver's seat, overflowing with 100 dollar bills. I had the thing stuffed on the floor behind the back seat, it's a camo bag, and I've got stock dark-tint windows in the back. Someone had to put some effort into peering in to see what I had.
If you see anyone with a digital-camo Metropolis that has a SuperFlash zip tied to the blinkie loop, and a black phone holster on the shoulder strap (left shoulder, probably still has my black pen in the pen holder), take 'em down and snag my bag, wouldja?

Wow, sorry to hear this...will keep an eye for said belongings!
And thanks for the heads up! You might want to post a warning on Cascade too.

That sucks, but I don't think it's limited to certain parking lots. It happens everywhere. After multiple break-ins and car stolen right from my carport, I no longer leave anything in it I'm not willing to lose. And I usually leave the glovebox/armrest open. And I use a Club (old 1994 car).

I've parked in that lot before and will be mindful when I park there this weekend.
Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully you get your stuff back..

That sucks...I know Marymoor has been having a rash of breakins too...I forget the lot letter designations, but they would be the one on the NE side of the Dog Park...between it and the Velodrome.

Sucks bigtime. I don't leave anything valuable in my vehicle, have blanked out the home address on my registration (if my vehicle is in the lot, I am probably not home...), and I leave the doors unlocked to save the creeps the trouble of breaking the window just to see that nothing is inside...

The real bummer is that I nearly rode to the ride instead of driving. Shoulda-woulda-coulda, right?
Oh well, at least it wasn't one of my bikes.

Thanks for the warning and sorry this happened. It's hard to believe someone would go to the trouble, let alone not knowing what if anything was in the bag.

I've heard crackheads will break in if they see a few coins in a car. Most cars probably have something of value inside, even if you can't see anything.
