It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". seems reasonable.. go look at it, in person, check with SFPD
if any of those were reported stolen , would be one consideration.

take someone with you if really just completely virgin.
