from what I've read, you're supposed to replace them every year.

the way I get my money isn't from the tree I have on my backyard, so consider that if you still get cheques like I do.

Hmm i'll give the selle italia flite or slr a look than. A shame actually, my bike came with a nice fizik saddle with carbon rails but the fit just isn't right.

Optical Character Recognition?
But, yeah god eye, did Giant make any other road bikes in 2005?
I've had a few more rides since this post/pic and it's a great bike for the entry level price. I *love* getting a day when it's possible to get out and just ride.

The very 1st time I tried flightdeck/sti shifting was on an OCR, it was a nice riding bike.
It was the major reason I ended up with my Defy.(which is the current OCR)

I bought a Kilo TT last year (still love it considering how cheap it is) and rode so much throughout the year that I wanted to get a road bike. So I browsed occasionally on ebay and craigslist and this Klein popped up for sale last year in November in my area for a price too good to pass up and went for it. Owner had it for 10 years and unfortunately told me he doesnt ride anymore and shes been sitting for 2+ years. Everything was pretty much original besides the cassette, seatpost, stem, and wheelset. She was quite dirty/used and figured she needed an upgrade. So I upgraded pretty much the whole groupset. Crankset is Ultegra 6600. I left the original brakes which is DA 7700. And then upgraded everything else to Dura ace 7800. Also new fizix saddle. The wheelset is Forte Titan which I really want to change but will probably just ride them for a bit since they are pretty new. Oh, and Conti gp4000's are on the way Now all I need is for this snow to go away! Here are some before and after pics--

It's a 49cm. I'm 5'4" tall. I really liked the color on this one, black and white didn't inspire me much. It's an Allez Elite, Tiagra group with the exception of the brakes and crank.

Shimano 105s. They might be hard to identify from the pictures since I've done a few slow motion falls and have scratched them a bit.

I have the same 105's as well, and yes the scratch easy, if you are learning to use bike pedals. ( I know from experience, lol )
